Our Most Recent
Show

Our first show went up this summer! The show was, Autophagy, written by the incredible playwright Lilly McGee, and directed by, our founder, Giuseppe Piccirilli. Autophagy is something truly special; it is a piece of theater that young people all across the country will relate to. It uses the supernatural, while remaining grounded in the natural world, to tackle themes of self-worth, mental health, romantic interest, and self-expression.
READ ALL ABOUT IT!!!

"Piccirilli Directs a Talented Cast to an Artistic Triumph at Riseman Family Theatre."
"The reaction has been extremely positive from audience members. Actors Louise Wade (Chris) Madeline Haefele (Ada) and Ryan Brearley (Cam) have an on-stage comradery that is noteworthy and and commendable."
"If Wade were a stock, you’d say, invest in her wide-ranging abilities and the dividends will arrive soon."
"Haefele (...) simply nails her part in the play. At one point, she talks directly to the audience and brings them along enthrallingly for the journey to the finale."
"Brearley (...) excels in understated fashion and audiences are perplexed by his unsettling portrayal of Cam."
"Stanglewicz (...) will grab your attention with her impactful, dramatic performance near the end of the show. Stanglewicz’s musical theater background will become vivid with her stylish movements and sheer athleticism on stage."
